Kimberley Bryant

Kimberley is the Chief Operating Officer for HMA and leads the company’s technology, operations, and innovation teams to create a stellar member experience. Prior to her promotion to COO, she was the Vice President of Information Technology for the company. Previous to HMA, Kimberley was Vice President of Information Technology at Quorum Review and Senior Director of Resource Planning and Management at ClearCycle Corporation.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she is skilled in program and project management, strategic planning and IT governance, and new technology evaluation and deployment. 

Kimberley believes that technology organizations exist to further business objectives, and that operational alignment, thoughtful process, and communication are required to deliver a meaningful customer experience.  Her daily focus is to define and communicate goals, and then clear the path in order to achieve positive business outcomes.

For Fun

As a mother of two young girls, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her family. In the warmth of summer she is into vegetable gardening and the occasional campout, while during the rainy season it’s time for a book and - because she’s British - a proper cup of tea.
